Do I need a foundation?

Yes — the Longbox needs a leveled base, but no concrete pour is required. Compacted gravel, screenings or level blocks all work. You can prepare it yourself, or add the leveled base option and we'll build it for you.

How much does the leveled base cost?

The base is priced separately from the container, because the cost depends on your site — access, ground conditions, how much leveling and gravel it needs. Select "Quote me a leveled base" when you add a Longbox to your cart, or on the shipping estimator, and we'll confirm a firm price in Canadian dollars before any base work starts. Nothing is charged for the base at checkout.

How is shipping calculated?

Delivery is $3.75 per kilometre with a $300 minimum. Anything within about a 20 minute drive is a flat $300. Use the shipping estimator for a number before you order.

Where do you deliver?

Anywhere in Canada that a deck trailer can legally reach. Remote, ferry and winter-road destinations are quoted case by case.

What happens after I check out?

We contact you by email or phone to confirm your address and site access, then book a delivery window. If you added installation, our crew is scheduled for the same visit — nothing needs to be arranged before you order.
